EMPOWERING YOUTH THROUGH RELATIONSHIP
2025 Achievements
Over 20,000 meals served across all our programs with approximately 1350 food bank visits impacting around 500 youth and their families.
15 youth steadily housed in our supportive housing programs over this past year, providing the time and space to allow for incredible growth stories.
9 active board members, 38 amazing community volunteers, 17 placement students & 5 community meal provider groups working to provide safe environments that feel like home.
35 youth provided with memorable summer experiences including beach days, Niagara Falls adventure, trips to the zoo, kayaking and camping
15 babies/toddlers this past year have been positively impacted being surrounded by caring staff who model and teach healthy parenting to their moms
Over 215 donors, grant funders and fundraiser attendees contributing over $700,00 in critical program funding.
How Do We Grow?
Ask youth their opinions on programs and services
We have partnered with Laurier Brantford toconduct a youth research project to hear from youth on what they would find helpful and beneficial.
Grow and improve fundraisers
Create strategic partnerships with new sponsors, redesign and improve programming at fundraisers to attract donors.
Engage donors and public regularly
Invest in creating media content that stands out and captivates online audiences, leaving lasting impressions of youth lives impacted.
Develop new programs to meet needs
Continue to find the gaps our youth fall through and develop programs to help them navigate their way through those challenges.
